We caught up with Karen and asked her about the last two races.

What was the Rocky Mountains run like?

It was an incredible experience running a race over the Rocky Mountains!!!
The scenery was AMAZING!!! Especially from the top of Hope Pass.

I took my small bag of Enzymedica Enzymes to the race with me.They were fantastic!!! This is the first time i have ever been able to run at altitude (this is actually the highest i have ever been -up just over 12,500 feet) and not had any stomach problems. I was able to eat the camp food provided and race for 3 days straight over rough and difficult terrain without having to worry about having a terrible stomach or having to be extremely picky with my food which sometimes makes it hard to get in enough energy for racing.

Congratulations on winning the Denver Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon how did that feel?

It was such a fantastic way to finish the year with 15,000 people in the race which was held at altitude (elevation 1600m)! The new Digest Spectrum is superb! I cannot thank Enzymedica enough! Thank-you so much Enzymedica for your wonderful support and fantastic product.
